| The annual license fees decrease in willingness to § 23 Abs. 1 Patgan by half. Please note: 1. If the Registration fee not within 3 Paid months after filing, the application shall be withdrawn (§ 6 Abs. 2 PatKostG). Besides the Receipt no further fees notification is sent. 2. For each patent application and any unsolicited at the beginning of the third and each subsequent year, calculated from the date of filing, one Annual fee payable under the Patent Costs Act. 3. If not, the annual fee, not paid on time or not fully, the application is deemed withdrawn or. the patent expires. |
